【摘要】 目的通过检测酸性氧化电位水与2%戊二醛对胃镜消毒效果进行比较，寻找一种有效、快速、简便的消毒方法。方法 临床污染的96条胃镜分为两组，分别采用2%戊二醛浸泡20 min(对照组)、酸性氧化电位水浸泡5 min(实验组)的方法消毒，比较2种消毒液对胃镜表面和内腔的消毒效果。结果 2种消毒液对胃镜的消毒效果相同,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 酸性氧化电位水对胃镜的消毒效果肯定、消毒时间短、对人体无损害，值得推广应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To find an effective, quick and convenient sterilizing method of gastroscope by compare the sterilizing effect of acidic oxidized electrolyzed water with 2%glutaraldehyde. Methods 96 used gastroscope were average to 2 groups and were sterilized by be marinated in 2%glutaradehyde for 20 minutes(contrast group) and acidic oxidized electrolyzed water for 5 minutes(test group), respectively. Compare the sterilizing effect of the 2 groups. Results The sterilizing effect of acidic oxidized electrolyzed water r and 2%glutaraldehyde for gastroscope were same and had not a statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The sterilizing effect of acidic oxidized electrolyzed water for gastroscope was sure. The sterilizing time was short and acidic oxidized electrolyzed water would not harm human body. ......
