【摘要】 目的 分析112例产后出血的原因及分娩方式，探讨产后出血的治疗和预防。方法 对我院2005-2007年112例产后出血患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 产后出血主要原因是宫缩乏力占71.43%，胎盘因素占15.18%，软产道损伤占11.61%。阴道分娩产后出血发生率2.91%，高于剖宫产1.5%。结论 减少产后出血的关键在于预防，产后及时合理应用缩宫素。
