改良经闭孔尿道中段悬吊术治疗女性压力性尿失禁的疗效观察(1)

【摘 要】目的观察改良的经闭孔尿道中段悬吊术(改良TVT-O术)在治疗女性压力性尿失禁中的疗效。方法 对99例单纯压力性尿失禁患者进行改良TVT-O手术，术后随访2～32个月，观察症状改善情况。 结果 99例患者术后症状均得到改善，改良TVT-O平均手术时间24 min，平均出血量37 ml，术后平均随访17个月症状未再复发。结论 改良TVT-O治疗女性压力性尿失禁手术步骤简单易学、创伤小、术中术后并发症少、费用低、疗效可靠。
