【摘要】 目的 探讨药物流产(药流)和吸宫流产(吸宫术)终止早孕的临床疗效。方法 收集320例妊娠妇女按自愿原则选择终止早孕的方法，比较药物流产与吸宫流产的安全性、有效性、可接受性。结果 两组间流产率差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。出血情况：吸宫组出血量少于药物组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05).Two groups will have 68.5% and 66.3% objects separately when the next time accidental pregnancy，still was willing to choose the method termination pregnancy which this time used.Conclusion Two kinds of miscarriages still were the best method which in stoping early pregnant ......
