【摘 要】 目的 探讨超声检查在电视腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的临床价值。方法 收集并分析1 377例应用超声检查的LC手术病例。结果 手术过程顺利，轻易找到病变位置。结论 超声检查为预测LC手术难度，临床选择术式提供了较全面的依据，且对降低并发症有重要的临床价值，成为LC手术不可缺少的影像诊断。
