【摘要】 目的 通过超声检测探讨中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法 多囊卵巢综合征患者105例，随机分成两组，对照组50例，采用纯西医治疗，治疗组55例，在此基础上配合中药治疗，经超声检测其卵泡发育情况。结果 患者排卵期间子宫内膜厚度及卵泡发育检测结果两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；妊娠率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中西医联合治疗多囊卵巢综合征可以调整月经周期，提高妊娠率，应用超声波对多囊卵巢综合征患者的检查有助于了解卵巢和子宫内膜的动态变化。
