摘要 冠心病是目前全球最常见的死亡原因之一，是严重威胁人类健康的一类常见疾病，中西医结合是我国医疗体系中的特色，中药、西药联合运用在临床实践中应用非常普遍，但对于中西药联用的交互作用机制尚不十分明确，深入研究冠心病中药、西药交互作用分析方法，明确冠心病中西药联用的交互作用，有助于形成中西医结合干预临床疗效评价的新方法，从而能够更好地指导临床规范用药。
