健脾安肠丸对腹泻型肠易激综合征结肠组织SP、VIP、CGRP的影响(3)
本研究初步证实，健脾安肠丸能有效地缓解腹泻型肠易激综合征，且大、中剂量组优于小剂量组和匹维溴铵组，其疗效可能与减少结肠组织中SP、VIP和增加CGRP的释放，调节胃肠激素，脑肠肽分泌的紊乱状态及异常的免疫状态，使之逐渐恢复正常，改善胃肠道的分泌和运动，缓解水、电解质的过度分泌，进而改善临床症状有关。
