摘要 疼痛是临床最常见的体征和症状，腕踝针对痛症具有独特的治疗优势。本文就近年来文献中有关腕踝针治疗疼痛类疾病的研究进行系统回顾与总结。重点对临床研究的治疗结果、实验研究的思路与机理、以及研究过程中出现的问题进行总结与梳理，以期为今后腕踝针的临床推广及研究提供相关参考。

    Abstract Pain is one of the most common signs in clinical， and wrist-ankle acupuncture has showed a unique superiority in pain management. This article reviewed and summarized relevant medical literature about wrist-ankle acupuncture for pain diseases， focusing on the clinical effect mechanism research and present problems in research process. The paper aims to provide reference for further clinical promotion and research of wrist-ankle acupuncture.
