我院药房药学服务纠纷与解决措施(1)

     [摘要] 目的:分析近年来我院药学服务出现的差错及纠纷,制订相应的整改措施。方法:综合近年来我院门诊药房药学服务中出现的差错及纠纷实例,分析出现差错及纠纷的原因。结果:药学服务差错及纠纷发生的形式多种多样,主要由药学服务人员业务不精和药房管理制度不完善引起。结论:医院药学服务需建立完善的管理制度,提高药学服务人员的综合素质。

    Pharmaceutical care disputes and solutions in pharmacy of our hospital

    [Abstract] Objective: To analyze the errors and disputes arise of pharmaceutical care in our hospital in recent years, and to develop appropriate corrective measures. Methods: In recent years, hospital outpatients pharmacy comprehensive pharmaceutical care disputes arising from errors and instances of errors were collected, and the reasons for disputes were analyzed. Results: The pharmaceutical care errors and dispute various forms, mainly grouped into pharmaceutical service business was not precise, and pharmacy management system was imperfect cause. Conclusion: Hospital pharmacy services need to establish a sound management system, improve the comprehensive pharmacy service quality. ......
