    【摘要】合理营养是保证人体健康的必要前提。要使一日三餐合理饮食,必需做到:合理的膳食调配;合理的膳食制度;合理的烹调方法。近年来由于人们饮食结构和生活习惯中一些不合理的改变,导致的现代饮食营养误区危害着人们的健康状况。例如:食盐摄入过多,大鱼大肉吃多好,碳酸饮料当水喝,偏食“洋快餐”,不吃蔬菜,爱酗酒,偏爱油炸食品等。导致癌症发病率增加,生命早衰的现象。其实自然界的可吃食品才是人长寿的秘诀,许多长寿老人食品种类多而杂,每天应吃多种蔬菜和水果以及大豆和菇类食品,少量鱼肉类食品。这样才有利健康长寿。

For example: The table salt takes in excessively many, the ample food eats well, the carbonic acid drink when the water drinks, the partial eclipse “the ocean fast-food”, does not eat the vegetables, loves excessive drinking, is partial fries in oil food and so on. Causes the cancer disease incidence rate to increase, life phenomenon. Actually the nature may eat food is the person longevity secret, many long-lived people food type many and is mixed, every day should eat the many kinds of vegetables and the fruit as well as the soybean and mushroom class food, few fish meats food.
