【摘 要】 目的:观察中西医结合治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法：将60例肛周尖锐湿疣患者分为两组，治疗组30例，采用龙胆泻肝汤加减内服、解毒除疣外洗方外洗，配合冷冻、胸腺五肽肌注治疗；对照组30例，采用CO₂激光、百多邦外用治疗。结果：治疗组的总有效率分别为93.3%；对照组总有效率分别为66.7%，两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论：中西医结合治疗肛周尖锐湿疣疗效显著，而且能明显降低复发率。

    Integrated western and Chinese treatment on 30 cases of perianal condyloma acuminate

    【Abstract】 Objectives: To observe the therapeutic effects of integrated western and Chinese treatment on perianal condyloma acuminate (CA). Methods: Sixty cases of perianal CA were divided into two groups. The 30 cases of treatment group were treated with the Chinese recipe of Longdan Xiegancombined with thympentin-5 injection. The 30 cases of the control group were treated with CO₂ laser and Mupirocn ointment. Results: The overall efficiency rates are 93.3% in the treatment group and 66.7%in the control group, the difference being significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: the integrated western and Chinese treatment can have significant effects on the improvement of CA, and can greatly reduce the recurrence rates. ......
