车祸所致左下肢皮肤缺损合并骨折外支架固定伤口护理一例
[摘要]目的：探讨皮肤缺损伴骨折外支架固定患者的伤口护理方法。方法：回顾性分析一例车祸所致左下肢大面积皮肤缺损伴骨折外支架固定患者的伤口换药方法。结果：通过利用新型敷料换药，患者伤口在40d后完全愈合。结论：皮肤缺损较大伴有外支架固定及多重耐药菌感染的创面，控制伤口局部感染和促进肉芽生长同等重要；利用新型敷料进行换药，弥补了患者不能手术的不足，同时也节约了治疗费用，提高了患者的满意度。
