应用自体脂肪填充治疗泪槽畸形的临床观察(1)
[摘要]目的：探讨应用自体脂肪颗粒填充治疗泪槽畸形。方法：肿胀麻醉下抽吸脂肪颗粒，经过分离纯化后将脂肪颗粒分浅深两层注射于泪槽凹陷部位。结果：采用脂肪颗粒移植于睑颊沟凹陷处用于矫治泪槽患者36例，其中34例经1次移植，余2例经2次移植完成，术后效果均满意。结论：利用自体脂肪颗粒移植矫治泪槽畸形，手术易行，术后效果好、创伤小，患者满意度高、值得推广。
