8周龄中国实验用小型猪颧弓及顶骨三维测量(1)

     [摘要]目的:获取8周龄中国实验用小型猪颧弓及顶骨三维测量数据,探索幼龄猪颅骨外板修复颧弓缺损的可行性。方法:对15头8周龄中国实验用小型猪进行头颅X线照相及头颅三维CT扫描,用Mimics10.01软件对头颅三维数据进行处理,对重建三维图像进行测量,获得30例颧弓的长度、高度、厚度数据及30例顶骨厚度数据,并将顶骨厚度与颧弓厚度进行比较。结果:8周龄中国试验用小型猪颧弓长度、高度及厚度分别为(28.18±0.94)mm、(12.80±1.56)mm及(3.00±0.51)mm,顶骨厚度为(3.68±0.86)mm。顶骨厚度明显大于颧弓厚度(P=0.004)。结论:8周龄中国实验用小型猪顶骨具有一定的厚度,具有制成颅骨外板的潜力,能够用来进行颧弓重建。

    Three dimensional measurement of the zygomatic arch and parietal bone of eight-week old Chinese experimental minipig

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo obtain the three dimensional measurement data of the zygomatic arch and parietal bone of eight-week old Chinese experimental minipig and explore the feasibility of repairing the zygomatic arch defect with parietal outer table.MethodsFifteen 8-week old Chinese experimental minipigs underwent skull X-ray and three dimensional CT scan.The original CT data was analysed by Mimics 10.01 software and three dimensional image was reconstructed.Based on measurement of 30 zygomatic arches and parietal bones,the data of the length,height and thickness of the zygomatic arch and the thickness of parietal bone was obtained.And the thickness of the parietal bone and zygomatic arch was compared.ResultsThe length,height and thickness of the zygomatic arch of 8-week old Chinese experimental minipig was (28.18±0.94)mm, (12.80±1.56)mm and (3.00±0.51)mm respectively.The thickess of the parietal bone was (3.68±0.86)mm and it was obviously greater than that of the zygomatic arch (P=0.004).ConclusionsThe parietal bone of 8-week old Chinese experimental minipig has a certain thickness that could potentially be harvested as outer table for zygomatic arch reconstruction.

    在颅颌面修复重建领域,颅骨常作为植骨的供区。颅骨为膜内成骨,相对于软骨内成骨如肋骨、髂骨等更不易吸收[1-2],而且因颅骨离受区近,能够获取大量的骨组织,能够坚强固定,而且其具有自然弧度更适于颅颌面外形的重建。近年来,自体顶骨外板作为自体骨移植物广泛应用于颅颌面重建[3-5]。

    颧弓为面中部的重要支持结构,也是面中部轮廓的重要组成部分。颧弓由颧骨的颞突及颞骨的颧突构成。先天性颧弓发育不良、外伤性及肿瘤切除后颧弓缺损临床屡见不鲜[5-9]。颧弓缺损重建的方法有全层颅骨游离移植[6]及颅骨外板游离移植[5,8]及复合颅骨外板及全层颅骨带蒂移植[9]等。但幼龄儿童颧弓重建的报道较少[6],而且对幼儿重建的时机也没有统一的意见。
