     [摘要]目的:介绍上臂内侧远位蒂扩张皮瓣修复头、面部瘢痕的方法。方法:自2007以来,应用上臂内侧远位蒂扩张皮瓣治疗头、面部瘢痕7例,男性6例,女性1例。年龄6～31岁。瘢痕面积最小10cm×7cm,最大15cm×12cm。结果:左侧臂供瓣3例,右侧臂供瓣4例;面部受区2例,头部受区5例。应用皮瓣面积10cm×8cm～15cm×13cm,全部成活。电话随访3例,术后半年至一年,患者满意。结论:①应用上臂内侧远位蒂扩张皮瓣治疗头、面部瘢痕,供区隐蔽,血供可靠;②本文方法皮瓣转移灵活,可达颅顶区域,作为头、面部瘢痕修复方法的补充不失为一种良好的选择。
