40例宫内节育器嵌顿患者的取环体会

     摘要：目的 探讨宫内节育器嵌顿的原因及取出的临床治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析我站收治的部分嵌顿宫内节育器取出病例40例。结果 1例经阴道手术取出失败转上级医院，其余均成功从阴道取出，未发现节育器残留和活动性出血等情况发生。结论 明确嵌顿节育器的位置和嵌顿程度，合适的取出方式，是保证治疗效果的关键。
