综合以上研究结果，GK通过拮抗PAF的生物效应来抑制血小板聚集以及后续级联反应来降低脑缺血再灌注后造成的神经损伤并抑制脑缺血再灌注后细胞凋亡来保护神经元的损伤从而达到治疗脑缺血的目的。
