【摘要】 肿瘤溶解综合征(TLS)是因大量肿瘤细胞溶解、破坏导致细胞内的核酸、磷、钾等成分释放入血液循环，引发相关代谢紊乱的症候群，死亡风险极高。该文报告1例发生自发性TLS及骨髓坏死的急性髓系白血病(AML)患者，其为63岁女性，于化学治疗前即出现自发性TLS、急性肾功能衰竭及DIC，在治疗过程中出现骨髓坏死。患者接受小剂量化学治疗及连续性床旁血液滤过治疗，以及水化治疗、碱化尿液、补钙、输注红细胞及血小板等对症治疗后，最终成功被救治。
