【摘要】 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)患者的心血管并发症发生率远远高于正常者，近年来日益受到重视。OSA可能在心房颤动的发生和恶化中起重要作用。已有大量报道试图探讨OSA与心房颤动的关系。然而，确切的病理生理机制尚未完全确定。该研究从病理生理角度来探讨OSA与心房颤动风险关系的机制、OSA治疗对心房颤动的影响、OSA患者心房颤动的筛查及心房颤动患者OSA的筛查。
