    Abstract The arrears of hospitals hasnt been paid attention to for a long time.The causes of this problem are very complicated and hard to be solved.In this article,the authors try to find out the causes of the problem and strategies to solve this problem.In point of the authors view,the arrears of hospitals should be paid attention to by the whole society,especially by the media.A perfect legal system should be established.
